The owners, family Binod can offer you several activities like:
Binod ‘s sightseeing tour:
Walking along the river to see Elephants, Rhinos, Deers, two types of crocodiles Marsh Magar and Gharial and colourful birds.
We arrange walks up to 5 days in the Chitwan National Park. You will get an adventurous but safe stay in the middle of wild animals.
Canoe trip on Rapti or Budi River:
In typical hand-made canoes you will surf close to crocodiles and gharials. The guides will show you several species of birds along the route. At the end of the trip you can visit the elephant breeding center. This is the second largest elephant breeding center in Asia which raises elephant babies and provides many details about the elephants in its information center.

Museum of Tharu culture:
The local ethnic people of Tharu have got an interesting history. In the museum you will find detailed information about the Tharu people. In the evenings there are traditional dance events with colourful dressed Tharus and Tharu drummers.
Tour by a four-wheel jeep:
The half or full day tour by a four-wheel jeep will offer you an impressive insight into the National park. Lucky visitors might even see a tiger. For sure you will experience the wonderful nature of Nepal and our expert guides are happy to give you more information on local plants and animals.
Crocodile breeding center:
You have the possibility to visit the crocodile breeding center. The gharial crocodile is very rare. In this center they breed gharials and release them to the rivers of the park later.
Bird tours:
Birds lovers can participate on special bird tours in early mornings or late evenings.
Elephant activities:
A special way to see the park. See the jungle riding on the back of an elephant.
The elephant bath happens at Rapti river daily. Swim and wash elephants and feel them body to body. You never will forget this experience.
Overnight stay on the tower:
The tower in the middle of the jungle offers you a 360°-surrounding view in the evenings and at night when you sleep and dream outdoors.
Shopping tour:
Visit the colourful and wide range shops and markets of Tandi or Bharatpur.
Devghat the religious site:
Devghat is one of the famous Hindu religious and cultural centers in central Nepal. (near Bharatpur). Enter this side on a gorgeous suspension bridge and leave it on the rafting boat
Shashwat Dham temples:
The beautiful temple district established in 2016. In the calm and composed premises of Shashwat Dham, spirituality finds a new home
in newly built Buddhist temples. 40km ride from Sauraha.
Wildlife arround the hotel:
There is a rhino called “the Sauraha cow” passing regularly on the road. Here the park rangers escort back to the bush.
